| Description | The article identifies problems in the implementation of an effective system of risk management in the leasing company. Organisational changes to the allocation of a separate structural unit (offices) defined by its functional responsibilities and interaction with other parts of the leasing company are proposed. As an alternative, the use of outsourcing is evaluated. Advantages of outsourcing of risk management and the reasons of its non-proliferation in the practice of Russian leasing companies are addressed. |
