| Description | The publication analyzes all available case law of the Supreme Administrative Court in matters of judicial review of the land use plans. Based on case law authors define the limits of access to the courts in these matters (ie. Who and under what conditions may require judicial review of the land use plan) and also requests that the case law places on the content of plans and the process of negotiation and approval. |
