| Description | The contribution will be devoted to issues related to the development of the legislation of selected institutes under the Building Act. Public construction law has passed (and still going through) recently many changes that sometimes bring simplification. In some cases, however, the discussion can be led about the simplification and the question is whether the changes are always beneficial for practice. Currently there is another process of the adoption of amendments to the Building Act, which would again have to change the number of procedures under the Building Act. The contribution will focus on some particular institutes and the proposed changes. The author will reflect on a question whether the repeated changes are appropriate. |
