| Description | This text is a part of a complex commentary on the Code of Criminal Procedure. In briefly interprets its fifth part, i.e. the transitional and final provisions of the Code, except for sec. 466. These provisions deal with temporal scope of the Code, jurisdiction of criminal courts on people who had been convicted of crimes that were later abolished or alleviated, as well as with derogatory and delegating provisions. |
