| Description | In this article the author focuses on several changes to the temporary constitution which was in force from the middle of November 1918 to the end of February 1920. He tries to find out the reasons for adopting the particular laws which added new constitutional provisions or changed the existing ones. He also follows the sources of inspiration for these amendments; in relation to this, he mentions the first draft (prepared in March 1919) which addressed the issue of replacing the temporary constitution by a complex legal regulation. |
