Description This paper is concerned with authors’ experience in design and utilization of web based games in popularization of science and technology. This versatile tool has a strong perspective in the task of reducing the lack of students’ educational motivation in the field of electrical engineering. It is already desirable for primary and secondary school children to get some basic information about this topic. The authors discuss the main challenges and opportunities in context with the usage of digital games as effective tools to create interest in Science and Technology. As a practical outcome of this discussion, the authors are presenting an original educational game for children Mystery of Electrical Engineering.
