| Description | Matter of a partnership of the entities for the inter-university student network project (OP Education for Competitiveness CZ.1.07/2.4.00/31.0157). An aim of the project SMART CITY is to involve SMART CITY concepts to Brno city life. Firstly, relevant and known approaches to the issue will be defined. Subsequently, the project will focus on analysis of strategic documents of Brno city and four public Brno universities. A solution draft to reach the main aim of the SMART CITY project will be designed on a basis of findings of the mentioned areas. Particularly, the solution will lie in creation of a tool for active participation of Brno entities in a form of a web portal StudujBrno.cz. The paper focuses on risk and market analysis, technical and financial background and finally, it proceeds to a detailed description of a structure of the web portal. |
