Description | The lecture presents the participants of the workshop about the perception of social landscape as a reflexive space for coping with both the memory and history. Lost villages in this context can be seen as a talking emptiness that helps to understand the current treatment of the past, especially the traumatic, traumatized and traumatizing. Due to the planned field part of the workshop and the subsequent atelier work, it tries to bring participants to sensitivity to small landscape elements (natural and cultural) and their active analytical grasping through proposed material realizations. The workshop is part of unique urban activities focused on art revitalization, based on long-term cooperation between KUR FUA TUL, the Department of Architecture of the Polytechnic University of Milan, two Dutch urban centres and the Department of Architecture of the Meijo University in Japan. |
