| Description | The methodical publication summarizes the knowledge from the field of etiology, treatment and prevention of breast cancer. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with the influence of exercises on oncological diseases and contraindications, recommended physical activities and appropriate exercise programmes applied after the treatment. The practical part introduces the general principles of a training unit and the didactic principles of exercise practice. Subsequently, the methodology of six exercise units is set up and offered in the range of 50 minutes compiled with regard to the specifics of the oncological disease of breast cancer and its contraindications. |
