| Description | Teaching aid for nursing care in infectious medicine is geared to the specifics of barrier care and specific preventive procedures for patient care with suspected highly contagious diseases, including other measures aimed at protecting the population. The subject of the educational support is the expert texts containing the specifics of the barrier care according to the hazards of the biological agents according to the level of BSL 1-4 in connection with the legislation of the Czech Republic and the European Union. Teaching texts are complemented by author's pictures and author's videos, including the use of special protective aids and tools for dealing with an infectious patient. The main aim of the publication is to use the knowledge of students to strengthen the skills during training in the subject of Intensive Nursing Care in Infectious Medicine - Exercise and support of individual study development of students in the area of provision of specific nursing care for a patient with an infectious disease. |
