| Description | Digital competence is a topic that can be enriched in a series of myths or controversial ideas in social discussion. As part of our contribution, we would like to critically reflect these misconceptions and introduce the European framework for the digital competences of the citizen. We could then follow up on whether it is necessary or appropriate to consider the peculiar framework of digital competences that should be equipped with a librarian, ie to try to design a model of a digitally competent librarian. |
