Description This poster briefly describes theoretical underpinnings for the development of learner autonomy in English lessons in lower secondary schools. Moreover, it introduces a widely recognized definition of learner autonomy in language education. It also describes its components based on the model proposed by David Little a briefly describes some of its practical implications and what are these implications based on the theoretical level.
