Description | Dispositional competence represents a crucial attribute of the employer’s position. This competence allows the employer to manage the employees’ work, organize their activity and achieve his intended business goals. The range of the dispositional competence is not always the same. It is connected with the nature of the employer (private vs. public sector), categories of the respective employees (minors, women, and caregivers of young children) and it differs in time. Definition of the fundamental range of the dispositional competence relates to the content of the employment contract and formulation of obligatory and facultative terms thereof. It is therefore based on the autonomy of the parties' will. The presented text deals with the dispositional competence, its determination, the limits, and it also presents some solutions to practical questions. |
