| Description | We have developed a web-based tool IntensityAnalyser that allows the calculation of the weighted median of telomere lengths from TRF intensity profiles taken from a third-party software. The estimation of the weighted median of telomere lengths by IntensityAnalyser was compared to the program TeloTool using TRF data from Arabidopsis thaliana Rev-7 mutants. |
