Description This text focuses on the practical issue of notification of an employee insisting on being further employed by the employer, as a specific labour-law juridical act, with connection to claiming potential compensations for wages (or public sector salary) arising from an invalid termination of an employment law relationship by the employee, in the sense of Section 69 Paragraph 1 of the Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended. In mentioned context, the following has been analysed – firstly, special legal requirements for such particular labour-law juridical act (including the consequences of a failure to reflect them), and secondly, a contemporary approach of a decision-making practice relating to the subject matter.
