| Description | The question which divided experts and whole society is whether prostitution should be decriminalized and if performance of erotic services should be regulated using legislation. The view of Criminal law on these questions is relatively unequivocal. How is the view of Labor law? Is possible rank the performance of erotic services under force of Labor Code, more precisely under definition of dependent work? And is necessary to approve new legislation? The article is focused on these questions. |
