| Description | The paper will explain what sexual assistance is and how it is used in the Czech Republic. The difference from illegal prostitution will be pointed out. Sexual assistance has been operating in the Czech Republic since 2015. It is therefore sufficient time for this phenomenon to be evaluated. The aim of the paper will be to find the legal basis on which the provision of erotic services by sexual assistants is provided. With regard to the definition of the conference section, the question of the possibility of carrying out these activities in an employment relationship will also be answered. |
