Description Social networks as well as all communications through telecommunications devices are ubiquitous and participate in everyday life of every person. Today in the 21st century no matter what age. The crimes committed do not avoid even the most vulnerable of us in relation to the age of ourselves, namely the youth. It is precisely the injuries or victims of the young people, because of their lower degree of intellectual development and abilities, that they are much more prone to commit crimes under the Criminal Code through social networks. A successful example is the newly created documentary In the Network, which through a radical experiment opened the taboo topic of child abuse on the Internet. However, young people can also commit illegal acts through social networks. So, how can law enforcement agencies properly identify offenses or other criminal offenses of juvenile offenders, as well as preventing, in general, the prevention of crimes in which either social networks or electronic communication play an essential role? It is also possible to use operatively investigative means of monitoring persons and things pursuant to section 158d of the Criminal Proseeding Code and inter- ception and recording of telecommunications traffic in accordance with section 88 of the Criminal Proceeding Code? Not only the issue of obtain- ing evidence from social networks will be discussed in the following article.
