| Description | We deal with the use of the motif of the initiation path in two works of art from contemporary Czech and Russian literature. The works The Road to Siberia (2008) by Martin Ryšavý and Vánice (2011) by Vladimir Sorokin were selected for analysis. The aim of the paper is to analyze the compositional construction of literary works, where in exploring the possibilities of using the motif of the initiation path, special attention will be paid to narrative techniques, the category of time and space, internal subjects and secondary motives. |
