| Description | Psychopathy is a wide-ranging problem, especially in the context of criminal law. It is often not entirely clear what to imagine under this term, or what it may mean for some specific issues addressed in criminal proceedings. However, this personality disorder is an important phenomenon with a significant impact on economic crime. The purpose of this paper is a brief introduction of psychopathy in the context of economic crime and at the same time to draw attention to some problems that may arise in criminal proceedings in determining the type and extent of punishment. |
