| Description | We left the framework of the heroic model of science, which was characterized by the identification of science with reason. We no longer see science as impartial, impartial, or a guarantee of progress in the world. We try to examine and portray history authentically, society statistically and culture economically ... Art, and music in particular, however, defies all analysis. Even if we examine the score or recording down to the last detail, it will come to life with other interpretations or reproductions, which will easily degrade our research into mere nonsense. Those sound waves only sound when they hit the eardrums in our ears, then evoke memories in the brain, evoke emotions, construct networks and images, mine experience, but most importantly, they say something about something. In my contribution, I will try to present not how to study music, but how to study contemporary music and its composition. The possibilities of contemporary sound and music research will be presented on the example of an analysis of the history and present of the unique organ in Úsobrno. |
