Description The case law on unlawful interference in public administration is constantly evolving. It remains a somewhat unpleasant fact that, despite the long-standing and often rapid development, there are no fixed boundaries for determining which type of action will provide protection for the applicant's public subjective rights against a particular act of an administrative authority. Although the Constitutional Court has already broken the previous absolute impenetrability between the different types of action, the application practice is still looking for an unambiguous answer to the question of the definition of an administrative decision and the unlawful interference standing in contrast to it.
