| Description | Work-life balance also includes striving for maximum involvement of fathers in family life. This paper will focus on the tools for reconciling work and family life at the legislative level in the field of social security. It is about the economic security of the family through sickness insurance benefits. The state supports this effort in the form of a paternity postpartum care benefit – paternity benefit. The paper aims to evaluate this institute after four years of its effectiveness, even taking into account the extension of its support period this year. |
