| Description | The Czech Constitutional Justice has more then 100 years tradition. However only last 30 years after totalitarian state are continual justice taken account. Three generation of justices created history of decisionmaking of the Court. Last one is challenged by new legal system of the European Union logel order impact. The Czech Constitutional Court should take the fact into account and should start justice dialog. |
