| Description | Functional consists of individual partial parts that present themselves as a whole and are referred to as the test set. This set is designed for cascading and for effective use of the sub-knowledge in optical communication and polarization sensing properties. The essence of this design is the use of OADM multiplexers that sequentially separate individual signal sources that are fed into the PM fiber via a linear polarizer exposed to the influence of the physical quantity being sensed. The signals from the individual measurement points are then combined by OADM multiplexers into a single optical fiber leading to the detector array. |
