| Description | The presentation will introduce the process of documentation and digital reconstruction of an ornament with a decoration which was made from gold sheet. The key documentation method is traceological microscopic research, which identifies and documents decorative elements in detail, including the tools and techniques used, traces of use or secondary interventions on the object. Based on the outputs, a digital 3D reconstruction of the original shape and decoration was created, which, in addition to the visual reconstruction, also serves as the basis for the physical reconstruction of the object using 3D printing. |
