| Description | This article summarizes the basic conclusions of the case law of the administrative courts and in particular the Supreme Administrative Court on the vague legal concept of the character of the territory, traditionally and frequently used in public construction law regulations. The definition of this concept was absent in the Czech legal order until recently, so it was necessary to rely exclusively on on case law, which, however, is not consistently dealt with in the specialist literature. |
