| Description | An article wants to contribute to a discussion upon a possible increase of direct payments for health services. It analyses health care expenditures in 1991-2000. Following a parallel between unformal payments and higher level of direct participation it implies there is not valid information enough to make a proper political decision in this matter in the Czech Republik. |
