| Description | An article presents some findings derived from an empirical survey onto publicly provided services customers behaviour. The research was conductred in an urban area of the city Brno. There are mainly selected features and determinants of the demand for the medical services concerned here, especially: how many times and why did people go to the physician; if and eventually why patients did not use medical services; what are major obstacles far an access to care; what reasons are relevant for the patients choice of a provider? |
