Description The authors present the survey and the indications of anterior, posterior and combined surgeries in progressive spondylogenic cervical myelopathy. They used anterior surgery in 24 patients, with an average follow-up 3 years (79% of cases improved), posterior surgery in 9 patients, with an average follow-up 2,1 years (67% of cases improved).
