Description This article evaluates the princely barrows of the Horákov culture. This chronologically significant of tombs is compared with similar inventories in the northern-and southeastern Alpine region. The Horákov culture sites Bratčice, Brno-Holásky 1 and 2, Hlásnica u Horákova and Morašice 1 are assigned to phase Ha C2, dated to the 2nd half of the 7th century B.C. The author argues against the classification of the tombs into the phase Ha C1.
