Description Described are diagnostics, differential diagnostics and surgical treatment of the most frequent static and dynamic compressive lesions of cervical spinal cord (disc herniae, wobbler syndroma, atlantoaxial instability, spine injuries) in dogs. Surgical management of human cervical spine is introduced concernig the most frequent degenerative diseases and injuries. Anterior, posterior or combined surgery is performed according to the extent and location of the lesion.
