| Description | Following article tries to discuss, how present muilticultuaral society facilitate or make problems to the feature of personality by Roma in the Czech republic. The author identifies some aspects: influence of society, environment (favoured, stimulating, giving or not giving support), influence of community and narrow family. She discuss the concept of modernity of A. Giddens which she applies on Roma people. The article offers some recommendation for the helping professions, how to support identity and developement of Roma identity. |
