Description This article deals with newer point of view on school environment. The first part of this report pays attention to communication and interaction between teachers and students. We used general systems theory as a basis to describe classroom communication and interaction. The second part of our report deal with probably the most important factor of classroom communication- personality of teacher. Interpersonal teacher behavior as main factor of teachers personality determines successfulness of education.
