| Description | A a nuber of candidate plant telomere-binding proteins forming specific comlex with telomeric DNA have been described by diferent methods, but, apart a few examples, little is known about their functions. By database searche have identified ortholog of human single-strand binding protein Pot1 from Arabidopsis thaliana, that shows a similar behaviour to its mammalian counterpart. |
