| Description | This paper intends to analyze the public law regulation of price, results and another numeric data which are obligatorily provided during business activities on capital market. Professional investors hand over these data to the subjects of financial supervision - that means to the Czech National Bank. Text will primarily discuss Czech legal regulation and the Act No. 256/2004 Coll., on Business Activities on the Capital Market, in the current statutory text, but it will try to mention the practical aspects. |
