| Description | This work is aimed at the categorization and the classification of the Financial Law inside the Legal System, ie. its external systemic coherence, and also to describe individual bindings of its parts and sub-fields. The Financial Law plays an infungible role in the legal system of the Czech Republic without which the state could not exist. By its provisions stipulating tax duties it provides constant and periodical flow of money into the public budgets and their further division but on the other hand it also regulates finances, ie. legal relations regarding money, mainly by providing control mechanisms in banking, insurance and capital market. |
