| Description | The aim of DVD is creating of methodic material for trainers of sports centre, wich participant of the resolution inter and intraindividual balance abilities of sport gymnasts. DVD (blue line) will serve as a instructions for trainers of centres of sport gymnastics. In this will provide measure of balance abilities. DVD (red line) is adress teachers of physical education of primary and secondary schools, wich will by means of DVD instructions could lead theirs lessons of physical education. DVD presented illustrations of individual aspects, wich needs to train to come to increase of level of balance abilities. |
