| Description | This paper summarizes development of analytical and information system SVOD that is oriented on analyses of population-based cancer registries. Primary interest in focused on Czech National Cancer Registry with more 1.3 million of patients that have been reported since 1997. The system SVOD is functional in three forms optimized for different users and data: a) web portal SVOD (www.svod.cz) as on-line working software making accessible namely standard epidemiological data, b) locally installed analytical system SVOD targeted for professionals analyzing also population-based clinical records and c) reporting system SVOD providing complex analyses of multiple data sources with associated comments and interpretations. Functionality of software SVOD is universal, usable for any health care registry or database. |
