| Description | The paper deals with the insolvency of group companies. Particular atttention is devoted to the ECJ case EUROFOOD. In this case the ECJ had, inter alia, to answer the question whether the center of the main interests of debtor under art. 3 of the Insolvency Regulaton may be in the place of the seat of subsidiary company. |
