| Description | The "Harm Reduction Pregram" decreases self-infection related risks for drug users. Needle exchange, the HCV and HIV-antibodies tests together with low-risk behaviour counselling are offered to injecting drug users in first-contact centres. The cost-benefit analysis compares costs with the effectiveness of prevention of the spread of blood-borne infectious diseases especially between drug users. |
