| Description | In the article we discuss not only the history of money and the outset of money forgery but we also discuss the current problem relating to euro forgery and the proportion organised crime represents in it. The key chapters are dedicated to an analysis of the legal regulations relating to this subject matter as follows from the valid law and the new penal code. Observations from the application practice relating to offences against the currency are also included. |
