Description The paper presents a part of results of a qualitative study carried out in the pilot phase of the GA CR project 402/02/0114 Organizational Culture of Czech Companies. The aim of the pilot study was to identify the main categories of work values that are a part of the organizational culture of Czech companies. The qualitative method of unfinished sentences was used, the respondents’ answers were classified and categorized.
