Description Carcinoma of the parathyroid glands is very rare, the occurrence is indicated at intervals 0,1 5% of all patients with prime hyperparathyreosis. Whereas the incidence of hyperparathyreosis itself is 42/100.000 inhabitants. It shows all the signs of prime hyperparathyreoisis /PHP/, but its process is much more difficult, with calcemia mostly greater than 3,5 mmol/l, with values parathyroid hormone in multiple 5x higher above physiological level. It is a slowly growing tumour with an infiltration to the thyroid gland, big vessels, muscles and the gullet. Tumour metastases to the lungs, liver, regional ganglions, but also to bones and spleen. Since 2002 to the end of 2007 our ambulance diagnosed and treated 29 patients with prime hyperparathyreosis, one has intercepted oncological diagnosis of rare carcinoma parathyroid corpuscle.
