Description The principle of union of political party and state played after 12 years national socialists government extremely important role in state apparatus in Nazi Germany. NSDAP was monopolistic political party and represented ideas of state. NSDAP was not governed by state but its position was on the same level as state, later it became more important than the state itself. State authorities were under the control of appropriate party authorities and they overtook big part of state competencies. Political party as well as the state created according to the national socialistic jurisprudence an union but they were not identical.
