Description The authors try to solve in the article the problem of bloodlactate concetracion after 60 sec. activity in the dependant of the activity type during iur test (running, cycling). The authors suppose higher lactate level after the 60 sec. running test, than after the 60 sec. cycling test. The reason is, that more % of muscles work during the running than during the cycling. Some influence on the lactate concentracion can have also longtime adaptation of the people on some type of movement. Our research (n 17) shows lactate concetration on the type of movemant (p < 5%) at runers (n=7) and whole tested group (n = 19). In the group of triathlets were the dependence on the level of 9%. The cyclists reached higher level after cycling testthan after running test, because of the adaptation on the specific movemant.
