| Description | Progress in plant invasion research in the Czech Republic over the last decade is reviewed and put into the context of current research topics in biological invasions in general. During this period, research in this country shifted from inventories of alien floras and case studies of invasion histories of individual species to addressing invasion mechanims by using a variety of methods and analysing large-scale patterns. |
