| Description | The essay contains a few notes about the historical development of the problemacy, which is viewed from the all-European, Czech and Moravian point of view. It also deals with the problemacy of the development and the actual state of the protection of ownership, viewed from the point of view of the national and the international level. Since taxation is one of the most crucial intervention to the protection of ownership in the democratic legal state, it is needed to be engaged also in the limits of the act of state concerning ownership. |
