| Description | Biologicals represent new era in the treatment of severe psoriasis, which considerably impairs the quality of life of these patients. Even the treatment with biologicals may sometimes fail - for example due to the forming of neutralizing antibodies against biologicals. This situation is most common in so called chimeric preparations - like infliximab. Presented case shows one of possible solutions - a switch to another anti TNF preparation -adalimumab. |
