| Description | The aim of the study is to review physical inactivity (PI) of inhabitants of the regions South Moravia and Vysočina. Observed inactivity was sitting in working days and in weekend days presented in IPAQ questionnaire. 2197 males and 2280 females participated in this study. Short self-administered version of International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) was used to collect data. The most favorite PA is cycling which is in agreement with conditions of physical environment. There is necessary to support and improve this trend. |
